Acquired in 2023 by Anne-Sophie Frémont and her father, the legendary chocolate shop has regained its luster, continuing its transformation while preserving its heritage. Founded in 1945, the company is a leading name in chocolate in Bagnoles, best known for its macarons made without cream, butter, or ganache. While macarons remain the shop’s main product, its chocolates are also highly recommended.
