A solid, serious institution in two buildings facing each other on either side of the street. Everything here is both appetizing and tasty, from terrines and pâtés, fresh or preserved, to charcuterie preparations and the many dishes prepared in jars. You'll find everything from the South-West, of course, including homemade tripe, garbure, blanquette, paupiettes and cabbage soup, to more exotic offerings like couscous.
