Bakery
Three stores in Bailleul and one in Poperinge, Belgium, all of identical quality. This is thanks to François and Clotilde, who represent the fifth generation of Brils to run the bakery and patisserie. The first was founded in 1878. To be tasted: all the breads, but also specialties such as waffles and cramics, speculoos and delicious family-size cakes.
