The town's best-known restaurant, right on the square. Queues at all hours, for croissants and bread in the morning, and especially for sandwiches at lunchtime. A good traditional baguette, rye and walnut, woodcutter bread, spelt, and all the pastries, vanilla flan, apple tart, coffee éclair, and even petit fours and Liège waffles!
