Founded by Philippe Amiot, the famous Saône bakery is now exported to Besançon, under the leadership of son Édouard. You'll find all the seriousness of the house, the finesse of the detail, the care of the presentation and the general greediness, with the viennoiseries, the beautiful peasant breads, the seasonal entremets and tarts, or the savoury pastries for lunch.
