Today, it's the benchmark bakery in Rouen. Christophe Cressent, MOF, who supplies the greats, including Gill, has set up shop in two strategic locations, rue Armand-Carrel and place du Vieux-Marché. High throughput for consistent quality: everything is recommendable, especially rye cakes and viennoiserie, with brioche at the top of the list.
