Gault&Millau's review

Roaster An artisanal roastery aimed primarily at professionals, but also accessible to private individuals, thanks to its online boutique. Georges Govertchinian, the owner, opened his workshop some twenty years ago. He was the first in the Rhône-Alpes region to be awarded the title of Master Artisan Roaster. The company offers coffees from pure origins and its own blends, as well as accessories, coffee machines, glasses and cups.
