Whether on the markets of Noirmoutier or directly from the Couartière farm in Bois Cené, Laëtitia and Frédéric Grondin, breeders from father to son, sell direct poultry of "incredible" quality, according to Alexandre Couillon, chef at La Marine. Guinea fowl raised for 18 weeks in the open air and fed on grain, but also chickens and ducks, benefit from the same preferential treatment and develop perfectly tender flesh.
