Brewer Les Travailleurs de l'Amer is a microbrewery whose name should appeal to fans of Victor Hugo, and of course to beer lovers. The brewery offers a wide range of beers: blond, white, brown, black, amber, spring beers and Christmas beers (to be tried with oysters, it seems). They're all handcrafted, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle, and all evoke the sea and its spray: Quand la Mer Monte or Equinoxe et Grandes Marées, for example.
