Gault&Millau's review

Brewer Les Travailleurs de l'Amer is a microbrewery whose name should appeal to Victor Hugo fans and, of course, beer lovers. The brewery offers a wide range of beers: blond, white, brown, black, amber, spring beers and Christmas beers (to be tried with oysters, it seems). All are handcrafted, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. All evoke the sea and its spray: "Quand la Mer Monte", "Équinoxe et Grandes Marées"...
