Pastry
This renowned company was founded in 2011 by Gilles Brune, a pastry chef who loves his region and uses traditional methods to preserve the authenticity of his creations. The pleasures are endless: pies and marvels, almond tuiles, brioches, macaroons, fruit moelleux or the magnificent madeleine with local blueberries are all inimitable traditional recipes. Not forgetting the pastry chef's specialty: the famous Gâteau à la Broche, with its unique texture, baked over a wood fire. A boutique and pleasant tea room are also available on site. The rigorous choice of raw materials and the quest for perfection in texture and taste give Gilles Brune's work a high-end positioning, rewarded by a Prix d'Excellence in 2014. His secret: a blend of grandma's recipes and childhood memories, with a touch of creativity, all under the banner of demanding, gourmet craftsmanship.
