Chocolate factory
In the heart of Rouen, a stone's throw from the Place du Vieux Marché, MOF Jean-Pierre Etienvre has just opened a boutique where you'll find the house specialties: madeleines (five flavors), marshmallows, financiers, fruit jellies, mendiants... And of course the famous Toque d'Or, voted best chocolate specialty in 2012: a chocolate bonbon with calvados-macerated raisins at its heart and a caramel coating. At the back of the store, you can see the workshop, where you may come across the chef and his team at work.
