Fine grocery A few years ago, Olivier Borrat decided to return to his family region and resume his olive-growing activities. He has participated in the reintroduction of two old varieties, adapted to the terroir: Argoudeil and Courbeil. Harvesting is done by hand. Production remains modest, but the result is significant, embellishing salad leaves or simmered dishes with a marked flavor.
