A large cellar that extends the pleasure with a wine bar, aperitif and evening nibbles. An informed and well-motivated selection of wines from all over the South, particularly Simone, Terrebrune and Tempier in Provence, Sant Armettu in Corsica, Daumas Gassac and Peyre Rose in Languedoc... Prestigious labels, then, but also a wide choice at low prices, all the well-known names in the region and some fine discoveries in the Costières region, such as Antoine Armanet. A good choice by the glass, with pâté croûte, morbier tartine and beet hummus to accompany.
