Wine merchant Stephane Planche was sommelier at Bernard Loiseau's Tour d'Argent and 12 years at Jean Pierre Jeunet's, where he is still in charge of purchasing for the house cellar. This wine enthusiast knows what he's talking about when he selects winemakers, wineries, terroirs and vintages during his many visits to vineyards and wineries, tastings and collaborations, or when he shows a slight preference for natural wines. Since 2002, the cellar has been a place where you can share his favorites, from the Jura wines of Maison Grappe to the Burgundies of Maison Raveneau.
