Gault&Millau's review

Discreet, slightly recessed halles conceal some pretty nuggets. One of these is the Passy fishmonger's, with its beautiful display of fish, from line-caught bass to fresh sardines. Or François Bailleul, a butcher who knows his stuff. And the proof is in the pudding, with a maturing cellar and excellent products, both raw and roasted.
