Gault&Millau's review

Butchery Right next door to the Chez Laura pizzeria-crêperie, Anthony and Marie took over last year the famous house where Jean-Louis Pallu officiated for a quarter of a century. Of course, most of the specialties have been continued, starting with boudin, but also tripe, terrines and pâtés, andouille... As well as ready-cooked dishes and a wide range of preserves in glass jars.
