Chocolate factory Lucie Jacquot plunges us into her very feminine world of well-mastered delicacies. She sees life in pink, and takes us on a delightful tour of her sweet world: caramels, fruit jellies, crunchy shortbread cookies, chocolate chip cookies, golden butter cookies. Her chocolates have the flavor of things well done: Cahuète is a dark, flaky praline with peanuts, a house specialty. And because this lady thinks of allergy sufferers, her creation Chokoponoix, a flourless chocolate log, received a well-deserved award.
