On the slate, the cheeses of the week are always tempting, both for taste and novelty: suprême des Alpes, tomme from the Aspe valley, bleu de brebis... Try the fresh crottins from Saint-Esteben and the other dairy products, skyr, breuil fermier, organic farm butter from the Ossau valley. An excellent range at very reasonable prices. Also a small selection of delicatessen, wine and eggs.
