This is a house of elegance in its decor and presentation, but also in its choice of cheeses, carefully selected and matured from the best origins; for example, mountain cheeses such as abondance, beaufort d'été, meule de Savoie, Swiss appenzeller, vacherin fribourgeois and donezan ariégeois. Also Lacaune charcuterie and wine to accompany, and sandwiches at lunchtime.
