Sébastien Carballo-Toribio settled in his native Tarn-et-Garonne in 1996. This 38-year-old perfectionist, father of 2 and holder of a CAP in bakery and pastry-making, makes everything himself, including the chocolate section - a good reason not to leave a crumb. He was awarded 3rd prize in the Concours national de la meilleure baguette de tradition française, crowning the efforts of this perfectionist.
