Wine merchant Marc Parcé, of the Parcé brothers estate in Banyuls, describes the Reynard family, who created the brand and opened the three stores scattered across the Roussillon region, starting with the one in Perpignan: "You can't love wine without loving people, because any self-respecting wine merchant is a humanist. You can't sell wine like you sell anything else". From Saint Climent to Leucate, from Rivesaltes to Prugnanes, the Catalan wine estates are all there to be found in the Roussillon cellars.
