At the entrance to the village, Emily's good bread is reaching out to you. The star of the show is the Pavé de Désaignes, made with semi-complete ancient wheat flour and sourdough, a well-worked, dense bread that holds together well and tastes great. Also try the rye, wholemeal, Héritage and, of course, the sourdough baguette. For a sweet treat, try our speciality sweet chestnut bread.
