Brewer
Opened in 2015 in a small village in the Kochersberg region, the house keeps a confidential production of around 1,000 liters per year. Following the rules of craft brewing to the letter, the brand produces beers that are unpasteurized, unfiltered and refermented in the bottle. Today, the range includes two starters, the blonde IPA and the amber, available for sale on site.
