Low in sugar and high in enjoyment—that’s pretty much the motto of this one-of-a-kind pastry shop, where everything is made to maximize flavor without straying from traditional recipes: vanilla or coconut flan, finger cakes, strawberry tarts, blackcurrant cream puffs, and raspberry tartlets are prime examples. And we’re more than happy to take home the chocolates, shortbread cookies, and even the spinach quiche!
