Les Amoureux du Chocolat tells the story of a beautiful encounter. That of Claire and Johan, chocolate lovers. Trained in catering and pastry-making, Johan is also a confectioner and ice-cream maker. It was in Australia, where he had gone to broaden his experience of taste, that he met Claire. They decided to return to France and together opened this artisan chocolate shop.
