Bastia's chocolatier, in his handsome, spacious boutique in the center of town, also offers a fine range of pastries, including chocolatés, puff pastries, black forest, choux pastries and lemon tarts. The sweets are well made, in a wide range of flavors, at €90 a kilo, in bars or ready-made assortments. A particular favorite is the 66% cocoa gold palet. Also Corsican cookies and macaroons.
