Mousse de foies de volaille, fromages de tête, terrines... delicatessen dishes (foie gras and fig terrine, veal shank confit, Alsatian specialties) find takers among customers who prefer ready-to-heat meals, as well as those who take the time to live and eat, and for all buffet-type events. Cheesemakers from father to son, the Léauteys exhibit over 400 cheeses sought after for their authenticity.
