Greengrocery Fruit and vegetable growers in Montélimar, a region renowned for being the orchard of France, Éloïse (without the H), Baptiste and Joseph, sister, brother and father, now supply some thirty boutiques primeur with their own crops, as well as with seasonal delicacies, both local and more exotic, unearthed at Les Mines de Cavaillon. They also supply restaurateurs and local authorities keen to showcase Provencal produce on their plates. Since June, a second address has opened at 12, place Châteauras, 26220 Dieulefit (06-80-25-96-99). In addition to fruit and vegetables, the two entities also promote artisanal delicatessen products, meat from the Drôme and cheeses matured in Vaison-la-Romaine, in the neighboring département. The richness of the Provençal terroir is magnificently represented by the family kitchen garden; Éloïse will tell you the secrets of producing the delicacies suggested on the appetizingly colorful stalls, fragrant with the perfumes of the Midi.
