Le Pêcheur is a family business that has been running for ten years. Patrice, the father, and Jimmy, the son, work together and with acquaintances. Passionate about what they do, they serve their customers whole fish, fillets, seafood platters and also frozen foods, which sets them apart from the competition. "Our frozen products are very popular: we offer filleted fish, sashimi, scallops, etc.," says Jimmy. At Le Pêcheur, the fish is fresh and mostly local, from the Boulogne fish auction: sea bass, sole, mackerel, plaice, gilthead bream... This doesn't prevent the father-son duo from occasionally offering more exotic or lesser-known fish, such as yellowtail. Le Pêcheur is also a delicatessen and cannery, with home-made sardines, rillettes and marinades, wines and champagne...
