Producer In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, in the beautiful Normandy countryside, Maison Le Paulmier revives traditional recipes. It favors orchard-flower associations in its varied compositions: fine condiments aged in oak barrels (similar to vinegars but without all the characteristics, since their acetate content is lower), non-alcoholic sparkling drinks (elderberry-hibiscus, argouse and tea); ciders and perries. A fine example of rehabilitating the natural environment.
