It's organic, it's good, and the store is prominently located in the middle of the covered market. Well-presented sourdough bread, baked in a wood-fired oven, with flour milled on site for consistent quality. Wholemeal bread, of course, but also cereal bread, hazelnut raisin and a little turn towards viennoiserie, with chocolate bread.
