Breads made with organic flours, ground on stone millstones from a mill in the Toulouse region, such as "Le pain de chez nous", which is close to a wholemeal bread, potato and milk bread, or cannes (strings) with duck fritons or chorizo are breads that are a pleasure to find again and again.
