Gault&Millau's review

Bakery Bio, bio les carrés de Belledonne. Since 1991, this artisan factory has distributed exclusively to organic stores. Breads, cookies and chocolates follow a committed circuit, that of Bruno Anquetil, who is riding the wave of success. Santo Domingo cocoa beans from the biopartner network are an integral part of a gourmet collection: salted butter caramel milk, dark cocoa nibs, sesame poppy milk... reveal bold flavors.
