Pastry You won't want to miss this historic store with its famous Lichou de Sancerre, a soft almond cookie whose recipe will soon be a hundred years old and whose trademark was registered in 1933. You can also take home other gourmet souvenirs, such as the crunchy croquets, Coudrier du Sourcier, Gourmandises de l'Abbé de Sancerre... Regulars also come here for bread, with some tasteful specials (rustic, moissonneur, corn...), as well as brioche, pastries and a variety of confectionery
