Gelateria It is Strasbourg’s most famous ice cream shop, and its reputation extends far beyond the region’s borders. Founded in 1934, the company has numerous locations throughout the city, where you can enjoy artisanal ice cream of undeniable authenticity: pistachio, hazelnut, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, coffee, violet, fleur de sel caramel, blueberry, mango, and even lemon-basil. There’s a small, pleasant terrace in the summer.
