Cindy and Frédéric offer a range of local and French delicatessen products, as well as breads and pastries handmade on site. Frédéric follows strict protocols to ensure that all the flavors and true taste of ancient wheat are preserved. He also creates modern textures such as burgers, sandwich loaves and special breads. Made with heart, the pastries are as beautiful as they are delicious. The couple reinterpret classics such as Paris Brest, Saint-Honoré, Fraisier and Forêt Noire. In addition, the welcoming and ever-smiling Cindy gets off the beaten track and creates amazing entremets. She combines the freshness of fruit with the smoothness of a light, unctuous cream.
