With discoveries from every region, and a strong emphasis on local production. On sale the other day were Carles roquefort, Meaux brie and raclette cheese. The crémière is enthusiastic about talking about her treasures, and the maturing process is remarkable. A good variety of goats' cheeses and a few foreign ones (pecorino, feta...).
