Breeding
Alain and Florence Gontard, poultry farmers, present us with a beautiful plate of ducks and chickens raised with respect for nature, animal health and people. Fed on grain or GMO-free cereals (produced in the nearby region), the poultry grow in grassy pens, in complete freedom. Raw or cooked foie gras, magret, aiguillettes, confit, cassoulet, rillettes... Sales on the farm and at local markets.
