Here, farmhouse goat's cheese is sourced directly from small producers, and camembert cheeses are refined with calvados or truffles. For the classics, you'll find cantal, saint nectaire and savoy tomme. If you're in too much of a hurry to taste the cheese, wait with a Basque sausage as an aperitif.
