Brewer A microbrewery and pub where there's always something going on. 10 draught beers and some 150 bottles. The owner can rustle up a beer from Gaspésie, Bonne Aventure, from the Pit Caribu brewery, or Impératrice, an imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels, direct from Quebec. And if you're feeling peckish, there's a selection of appetizers and make-your-own pizzas.
