Chocolate factory Le Bonheur has been on rue de Rivoli since November 30, 2018, directed by laurent Moreno. The latter has worked in well-known establishments, from the institutional Tour d'Argent to the trendy Délicabar at Le Bon Marché, via Ladurée or Fauchon. With a wealth of experience under his belt, and having contributed to the development of single-product addresses in Saint Petersburg, he is now launching his range on the Parisian pavement. Oatmeal, goji berry, cherry... variants of the bonbon are available, providing a delicious diversification of traditional recipes.
