A top-of-the-range butcher's shop for the Bonaparte district, with a fine selection of matured meats (Salers, Galicia, Aberdeen Angus...), Bigorre black pork, Iberian chorizo... and a whole range of mouth-watering charcuterie preparations, such as homemade porchetta. The catering service is very efficient, with dishes prepared on a weekly basis that change with the seasons: sauerkraut, stuffed veal, beef stew, paella, pistou soup, aioli and osso buco are regulars in the catalog.
