Delicatessen The Parisian star of the pâté en croûte seems to have diversified its range a little more this year, letting the imagination run riot with the appropriate know-how: chicken with lemon confit and tarragon mustard, pig with chorizo piquillos, duck foie gras with pistachio, lobster pillow with poultry and tarragon... You should also try the homemade duck foie gras, the herb pie, the gougères, the tomato tart, the numerous verrines (bourguignon, vegetable curry...) and why not the Thai broth or the carrot velouté.
