In 2015, Laetitia, representing the fourth generation, took over the 19-hectare family business. She grows all kinds of organic vegetables, salads and herbs in Auxonne, on the borders of the three départements of Côte-d'Or, Doubs and Jura, and presents the seasonal harvest here.
