Pastry
Ideally located just a stone's throw from the town hall and the Buttes-Chaumont park, this patisserie-chocolaterie-confiserie conveys the atmosphere of a traditional good house. You'll find only tarts made with fresh fruit. The unique millefeuille, with no alternating pastry, is just as unmissable as the lemon tart (the institution's oldest recipe). The "Vieille France", also a shortcrust pastry topped with apples, walnuts and raisins, takes us back to the best of France.
