Every morning, there's a parade of locals who know how to find the freshest arrivals: live langoustines, spider crab, lobster - the finest direct cuts are on the stalls, along with noble fish (sea bass, turbot, brill...) and a connoisseur's choice (hake, pollack, gurnard, mackerel...).
