Roaster Every day, in the heart of the market, this artisan roaster distills its roasted coffee aromas to the delight of gourmets young and old. Sixteen coffees are offered for sale in bulk, including the house blend, Malabar from India, Moka, Blue Mountain, and Arabicas from Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Sumatra. Roasting takes place right in the store, under the watchful eye of customers, and the small terrace allows the most interested to peacefully sample each of the available vintages, in espresso, ristretto, cappuccino... Coffee machines and crockery for reproducing the miracle at home are also on sale.
