Pastry The famous patisserie entered into legend in 1955 with BB in "Et Dieu créa la femme", never to leave. The recipe for the divine tart is always the same, imitated elsewhere but never equalled, because the recipe has never been divulged... But this pastry is also capable of evolving with nougat or green apple flavors, and the "Babies" should allow for a large family reduction with chocolate, coffee, hazelnut or pistachio filling...
