When Alain Boutin opened his store, he shared his passion for Breton sardines (his Proust's madeleine), which he loved to spread on his childhood vacations. Here, stereotyped metal cans line up, from local factories producing plain sardines in oil or cooked, mackerel fillets, tuna or salmon. A few by-products, such as seaweed butter, octopus sausage and seasonal oyster tastings, remain in the... "tuna". It's quite a rowdy affair in Paris.
