A cousin of the Boucherie du Perche on rue Cler (7th arrondissement), this serious but humorous establishment (among its house slogans, "a healthy spirit in a pig") offers meats from the Perche region in varying degrees of processing, poultry and charcuterie. Also ciders and perries from the same region.
